In this months English issue of the Cross stitcher magazine there is a Christmas tree design that has been made into a decoration for the table and has been stuffed. I really don't want to buy the magazine as I subscribed for 2 years to another one so already have loads. But I would really like to know how the decoration has been made. I'm not bothered about the design I would just like to know how they have sewn the decoration together and what fabric was used.How have they made the Christmas tree in this months issue of Cross sticher?I haven't got a copy of the magazine but it may be an idea to try and look on their website.
Not having seen it I would say either use aida for the hole item and sew it up or buy some similar weight festive fabric for the backing.
