What to get my best friend for Christmas?

Hey, I want to know what I should get my bf for Christmas. I already got her a fancy case/cover for her ipod nano. Not to mention she's my cousin and I got the rest of her family some pretty good stuff. Due to that, I don't think just getting her any old fancy ipod cover will cut it. She likes to listen to music. She already has enough clothes, what about some good home made gifts?
