What should I get my daughter for Christmas?

I'm going Christmas shopping through the week and I'm just thinking of what I can possibly get my daughter. She will be 2 months old on Christmas day. Thanks! What should I get my daughter for Christmas? My baby was about 2 months last Christmas. I cheated and bought her mostly clothes, a new (girly) baby carrier, and a hand made wool teddy bear. I had three boys first, and we didn't know the sex before the birth so she didn't have a ton of super girly stuff. What should I get my daughter for Christmas? My son was 2.5 months last Christmas. We got him a "Babys First Christmas Stocking" with a few rattles, pacifiers, and small hand toys that made music.

We also got him a highchair. I would say get anything you didnt get for the baby shower that you may need within the next few months. My in laws got him a jumperoo which he loved! Maybe you could get your baby a few books, clothes, and toys!

Happy Holidays! What should I get my daughter for Christmas?Books are never a bad investment. Look around at "friends of X library" sales, you can find some great lightly used books at them. We picked up gorgeous hardbound copies of A.A. Milne's Pooh stories, Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit, Arabian Nights, and Kipling's The Jungle Book all for less than $30. They're mint and will make great heirlooms and function fabulously as bedtime books.

In addition to books any thing that she'd enjoy for the next year or so is always nice. Wooden and soft blocks, balls, musical instruments, etc. What should I get my daughter for Christmas?
