How can I make myself extremely tired for christmas eve night?

I want to go to sleep relatively early on christmas eve, but i'm generally a terrible sleeper. how can i make myself really tired so I can get up early for christmas?How can I make myself extremely tired for christmas eve night?Start getting ready for bed around 8:00 or 9:00 Pm tomorrow

Have some warm milk

Hot shower

warm blanket

listen to soft music or even some christmas music

try to warm up your bed before you sleep in it

There are two options..



1) go to bed late tonight and wake up early in the morning, then you'll be knackered and go to bed early - thus you will wake up early on christmas morning.



2) get yourself down to your chemist and buy some natural sleeping aids - Nytol or anything like that. Take them early on in the evening and get snuggled up in bed with a soft movie and you'll fall asleep early.How can I make myself extremely tired for christmas eve night?Get some exercise earlier in the day (sometime in the afternoon). Exercise makes you sleep a lot deeper. Make sure not to have anything caffeinated and especially don't drink alcohol. Don't go on the computer or watch TV right before you go to bed.



Also, if you have trouble falling asleep, try focusing on making yourself really still. Tossing and turning will keep you awake. Let your mind wander kind of aimlessly. That always helps me fall asleep if it's noisy or something.How can I make myself extremely tired for christmas eve night?
Dont sleep at all tonight, tire yourself out by partying or excersing or whatever, take sleepy pills or even just a lot of cough syrup(itll get you high kinda but yull go right to sleep), dont drink anything with caffeine, or any sugar before bed, take a warm shower before bed, read a boring book until you fall asleep, ummm, make sure your nice and comfy in bed...iunno... lol have fun and Merry Christmas ;)How can I make myself extremely tired for christmas eve night?beer

read a book while in bed (a boring one...math book)

exercise

drink tea

(this works with some people...but try to listen to your mp3/ipod on low volume and a bit slow paced songs while in bed...before you know it you might fall asleep)

NOTES:Stop watching TV and using the computer about an hour before you go to bed.
Go out, do a lot of activities and basically tire yourself out so when you get back home you'll just want to go to sleep. Or even just stay at home and do all the Christmas preparations, or clean up the house. That or take a sleeping pill.



Though since it's Christmas you might wake up early more easier.. because it's Christmas :D PRESENTS, WOO! I don't know, but that's what it's like for me - I suck at waking up early unless there's a big occasion or event.

Spend the day cleaning the house, prepping the food for Christmas, and wrapping last-minute presents. You will be tired.

Oh yeah, and a dose of Benadryl at bedtime.

or don't sleep at all, just pull an all nighter
dont sleep tonight, or go to sleep at like three or four so that you are EXHAUSTED. then go to bed early on Christmas Eve!
Get super drunk.
i know dance all day tomorrow and run around your house and act like a nutcase.
Eat a lot of turkey.
run around like crazy (ie clean up ur whole house, run a million errands, excersice for 2 hrs)
tylenol pm take 2 and itll konck you out
don't go to bed tonight! stay up the whole time... NO naps! and eat a lot...

wake up a 4 a.m.
swim for long time
no coffee/caffine. maybe do some exercise or go shopping to tire yourself out?
Come over and clean my house...that'll make you sleep!
