What is the best way to get rid of my old Christmas tree?

i have this big Christmas tree in my house that I don't need anymore. I want to get rid of it but I don't want to just dump it on the street but rather put it to use somewhere else. any suggestions?What is the best way to get rid of my old Christmas tree?You can donate it to a local organization such as Goodwill.

You can take it to a local consignment store and have them sell it.
