Aims of the project:



4. To establish long-lasting contact between particular competent structures in the local community, legislative bodies and civil organisations. It will continually proceed the environmental problems, with which will be created a process of a vital cooperation between the citizens and the municipal authorities;

5. To encourage the Croatian citizens into active involvement, seeking implementation of environmental law and to educate him of how they can fulfill their civil rights to achieve common well-being;

6. To follow through the national program for decentralized decision-making, supported by the Government of the Republic of CraotiaCould someone correct my translation in British-English? My native language is Croatian.Thanks a lot!?4......it will continually preceed (go before = take priority over? this is not clear to me) or..

I could re-write it ALL to be understood by Croatians with a basic knowledge of English. This language you have used is very "Legal-sounding" for written English only.
